In recent years, she has seconded as Head of Innovation at the United Nations’ Office of Information and Communications Technology where, in July 2016, she launched an innovation unit into the Secretariat to facilitate the role of disruptive innovation and emerging technology to enable the UN’s most critical goals including the 2030 Agenda and its 17 SDGs; and served on World Economic Forum’s Responsible Capitalism Steering Board to help drive global discussions including the responsibility of the professional services sector to create opportunities that stimulate global economies by fostering talent mobility and identifying global talent risks.

Radia sits on the Lebanese American University’s Model United Nations board of the United Nations Association of the United States of America, serves as a Fellow of the World Innovation Organization and regularly speaks on entrepreneurship, the future of education, the future of work, the future of gender parity and the general role of futurism in solving the world’s most vexing challenges.
